Emma and Maja first met on TikTok (ironic, we know), and from the moment they met in person, they just knew something special was brewing.

Backed by a Psychology degree completed with one of the highest GPAs in her cohort, Emma understands not just what performs, but why.

Her path started after becoming head of socials for a now-viral wellness brand based in Sydney. Within 8 months, she grew it from 9k to over 40k followers, with multiple viral videos along the way — one of those still stands as their most-liked post, reaching 5.6 million views and 713k likes.

Backed by a degree in Business Marketing Management with first-class honours, Maja combines strategy with a creative eye.

She honed her graphic design skills as a freelancer, creating visuals and content for a range of clients while turning ideas into engaging, results-driven campaigns. Most often behind the camera or deep in the creative and design side, she brings ideas to life with structure and flair.

Together, Emma and Maja built Sisu on that same idea: content that looks beautiful, but is built to perform.
